Steve Levin has more than two decades of actual trial experience, including more than a decade practicing exclusively before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Levin’s experience includes ten years as an Assistant United States Attorney, with six years in the District of Maryland, where he was Deputy Chief of the Violent Crimes Section and a Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division. He also served with distinction for four years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Middle District of North Carolina.

Chad Curlett is an accomplished white collar defense and trial lawyer. Immediately prior to founding Levin & Curlett, Mr. Curlett was a partner in the litigation department at Saul Ewing LLP serving as chair of the securities litigation practice and vice-chair of the White Collar and Government Enforcement Practice group. Mr. Curlett previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in both the Trial Division and Investigation Division of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office under Robert M. Morgenthau.

Sarah Lacey is a leading young litigator in the District of Maryland.  After completing her undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at M.I.T., Ms. Lacey graduated second in her class from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C.  Following law school, Ms. Lacey joined the Litigation Department of Saul Ewing LLP as an Associate where she was also a member of the White Collar and Government Enforcement Practice Group and Intellectual Property Practice Group.  Ms. Lacey has developed a national litigation practice representing clients in numerous federal courts and across diverse industries.
